Like Scotiabank’s SelectPay™ Installment Plans, Deferred Payment Option Plans are designed to provide our customers greater flexibility with their purchases, more control over their payment options, and an improved shopping experience.

Deferred Payment Option Plan Customer Benefits:

• Defer payment for up to 12 months on eligible credit card purchases of $250 or more (including tax) at Home Hardware o i.e. No payments on the purchase required during DPO plan period. Regular payment schedule applies on the outstanding balance of purchase after DPO period ends.
• Pay no interest and no fee for 3, 6, or 12 months on eligible purchases during the deferral period. After the deferral period, then current annual interest rate on purchases applies on outstanding balance unpaid under the DPO.
• Terms and conditions apply to SelectPay™ Plans and will be disclosed to customers by Scotiabank when they are converting a purchase to a Scotia SelectPay™ plan. Plan periods may be subject to change by Scotiabank †
• Plans are not available at checkout. Customers can convert an eligible purchase to a DPO Plan after it is posted to their Scotiabank credit card account (3-5 business days).
• Not available to residents of Quebec
